GTUK Individual British Championships March 4th 2023

Venue: Sports Connexion, Leamington Road, Ryton on Dunsmore

The competition is open to students of all ages and levels of Taekwon-Do, giving each and every student the opportunity to take part in competitive patterns, sparring, special technique and where age appropriate destruction. All students are placed into categories according to their age, height, and belt to give everyone a fair chance to compete to become GTUK British Champion.

Colour & Black Belt Championships

This Competition is for all ages and belt categories Pee-wee, Junior, Adult, Veteran
A great competition, so come and give it a go.

GTUK National Tournament Categories:
Dragons – under 6 years old
Peewee 6-7 inclusive and 8-10 inclusive
Junior 11-13 inclusive and 14-16 inclusive
Adult 17-39 inclusive
Veteran 40+

Taekwon-do the Art of Self Defence

Well done to Mr Drake II, Amanda Dykes and Lucy for representing ICENI Taekwon-do at the British Championships.

Mr Drake is shown sporting his medals, Gold for Patterns and Silver for Sparring, well done sir.

Lucy was awarded a club hoodie for showing her indomitable spirit when faced with older and larger competitors, she is a little star in the making!

And Amanda showing support, battling back after injury, her tournament success will come soon we are sure.
