Wednesday 26th March 6.30pm GTUK students forum session covers the pattern Dan Gun which is performed at yellow belt to green tag.
‘Many of you were about to grade with the pattern Dan Gun before the closure, so it’s a great tutorial to be involved in.’
Parents/carers of all ages can join in on all the tutorials, help your children keep their Taekwondo up to scratch for when we get back in the dojang.
If you are a lower belt, watch and have a go anyway, it won’t be long before you progress to it once we get back in the dojang.It’s a lovely pattern and all higher grades can always improve their techniques and sinewave. Let it flow with power and accuracy.

• Please ensure you have plenty of room to train, and have removed any dangerous objects, be mindful of smaller spaces and different floors.
• Warm up/cool down. It is sensible to perform a warm up and cool down exercise before/after each session.
• Ensure you have access to plenty of water, and do not exercise after eating a heavy meal.
• Do not exercise if you are ill, or have an injury.
• Adult supervision is required for all children taking part.
• You know you own body, and we cannot see you to adapt exercises or offer advice. Please use caution and common sense when exercising and stop, or take a break if anything hurts or when necessary to avoid injury.
The GTUK and it’s instructors accept no responsibility for your training area, and any injuries caused as a result of our safety advice not being taken.

To all our Beccles Taekwon-do students, we are still working to keep you all in action,
all be it in your own living rooms.
So behind the scenes Master Auciello and your GTUK instructors are collaborating to develop online tuition programmes for you to follow in your own homes.
This will continue for the duration of our Dojang closures.

Mr and Mrs Bedingfield have come to the decision to postpone classes until we are sure it is safe to continue.
It is going to happen to all clubs in the coming weeks, if not days, and we do not want to spread or catch the virus by teaching ever decreasing classes of students.
We DO want to be here to start again when this is over, even if it is months of postponement!
We will start working on a weekly ‘virtual tuition’ programme that we can email/message our students to follow.

All GTUK Gradings Postponed due to Corona Virus
With safety in mind for our parents, students, and Instructors it has been decided to cancel all promotional tests this quarter (coloured and black belt tests).
Black belt test applications have been processed and have been put on hold.
We will see how the situation develops in future months.
In the mean time all and your families please stay safe and let’s hope the situation improves for the better.

A small but successful Beccles squad did the 300 mile round trip to the GTUK British Taekwon-do Championships held in Coventry on Saturday 7th March 2020.
Our Beccles students had a great day, both on and off the mats, showing great Taekwon-do spirit to compete fiercely gaining these excellent results:
